You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the articles or on which a
third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a
clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned articles.
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for
such reimbursement.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The articles were purchased in the last 30 days. All returned items must be in salable condition, in the
original packaging, with tags and/or labels.
Please note that your return is subject to a return fee of €4.99. Byrepa only accepts returns
made within the 30 day period.
The following articles cannot be returned:
The supply of articles made to your specifications or clearly personalized.The supply of articles which
according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example articles which deteriorate
rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return
conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Articles
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the articles to us. You should contact by our
official email as info@byrepa.com and then give you an address where the articles are sent.
We cannot be held responsible for articles damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we
recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual
receipt of the articles or proof of received return delivery.
www.byrepa.com accepts returns for your online purchases for any product that is returned to us in
optimal selling conditions, i.e. clean and unwashed, with its packaging intact and its labels attached
with their original link. A return can be made within 30 days following receipt of the package
(purchased online and delivered to byrepa to a Parcel Relay point or to your home). For in-store
purchases, this 30 day period begins from the date of purchase. Our refunds are made to the original
payment method. Please also read the exact details of our returns policy below in the categories
dedicated to online returns procedure.
Please note, however, that we refuse returns for the following products:
Underwear/Swimwear/certain loungewear/Masks for hygiene reasons
Baby products
Products whose packaging has been lost, thrown away or damaged
Dirty or machine-washed products
Retouched products (in byrepa store or by a third party)
With the exception of defective products which could not be exchanged or refunded in store and this
in accordance with articles 1245 of the Civil Code. Please find details of our return terms and

In addition, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of October 25, 2011, as transposed in France,
you have the possibility of using your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days following the date
of receipt of your order ( at home, in byrepa store or at a relay point). For more information, please

Gifts:
If the articles were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a
gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be
mailed to you.If the articles weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order
shipped to them to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
